Using a raspberry pi 5, A UHF handheld radio, and a ESP32 board with LoRa, I have created a central hub for all things audio and communication while riding.

I am tired of standing around and doing the pairing dance with a group before rides for 45 minutes. I strapped this thing on the back of my bike to test it and it was magic. Plays music and ducks the volume for incoming comms via radio, bluetooth, or LoRa. It also records everything without having to touch anything, or hold a button down until the damn red and blue light flashes.
Essentially, you connect everything you want to hear to the talk box, and then it intelligently mixes the audio for you and delivers everything in a crystal clean signal right to your ears. Set pre determined levels in the app or on the device.
